Order Processing

Once you submit your order, it will be processed and shipped within 3 days.  Turnaround is often much quicker than this but you know what they say about making promises.  If, on the other hand, there are any unforeseen issues or delays with your order, you will be notified immediately via e-mail.  

Shipping

LIMITED TIME - FREE SHIPPING until 2020!

Orders ship Monday-Saturday, holidays excluded via US Postal Service First Class mail with delivery confirmation.  Insurance will be added to orders over $100 at no extra charge.  

 

Packages should arrive in approximately 3-7 days after they are shipped.  Once delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided on the order, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.   

I am in the process of working out additional shipping options and hope to make those available soon.  For now I'm afraid you're stuck with the free kind.    

Please accept my apologies but at this time orders may only be shipped within the United States.  International shipping may be offered in the future.      

Returns & Refunds

I sincerely want you to love your purchase.  If for any reason you do not, please contact me within 10 days of delivery confirmation to discuss a resolution.

If the item simply does not speak to you, I will gladly refund your money upon receipt of your return. 

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery confirmation.  

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.   

  • It is recommended that you insure the value of your merchandise and ship via a method which offers both tracking and delivery confirmation. 

  • All returns must be received in new condition. No refunds will be made on damaged or altered pieces.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method as original payment. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions.  The original order must be returned/refunded and a new order will need to be submitted for the desired replacement item.  It isn't required that you wait for your refund before placing the new order.  However, please understand that the refund is contingent on our receipt of the original merchandise in new condition. 

Payment Options

We use Square to process payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept payment through Paypal.
