Order Processing

​

Once your order has been submitted, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.  Turnaround is often much quicker than this but you know what they say about making promises.  If, on the other hand, there are any unforeseen issues or delays with your order, you will be notified immediately via e-mail.

 

Shipping

​

Orders ship Monday-Saturday, holidays excluded, via US Postal Service.  Delivery timeframes are estimates quoted from the USPS website and will be influenced by distance and other variables.

  • USPS First Class Package / 1-3 day delivery:  $4.50  (Free on orders $75 and over.)

  • USPS Priority Mail / 1-3 day delivery:  $8.30

  • USPS Priority Mail Express / Guaranteed 1-2 day delivery:  $26.95

Once delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided on the order, I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Please accept my apologies but at this time orders may only be shipped to US addresses.  International shipping may be offered in the future.

​Returns & Refunds

​

I sincerely want you to love your purchase.  If for any reason you do not, please contact me within 10 days of delivery confirmation to discuss a resolution.

If the item simply does not speak to you, I will gladly refund your money upon receipt of your return. 

​

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery confirmation.  

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.   

  • It is recommended that you insure the value of your merchandise and ship via a method which offers both tracking and delivery confirmation. 

  • All returns must be received in new condition. No refunds will be made on damaged or altered pieces.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method as original payment.

Exchanges

​

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions.  The original order must be returned/refunded and a new order will need to be submitted for the desired replacement item.  It isn't required that you wait for your refund before placing the new order.  However, please understand that the refund is contingent on our receipt of the original merchandise in new condition.

Payment Options

​

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover payments are processed through Square.  Paypal payments are also accepted.
